*Please note: There may be a delay dispatching your order during sale events or after public holidays. We ship all orders on a first in basis; however, if your order is urgent, please contact us to see if we can have your order shipped on our next courier collection.

^Regional and remote areas of Australia may take extra time to be delivered. During peak postage times of year (Black Friday Sales, Christmas, Boxing Day, EOFY Sales) there may be delays with delivery, due to the increased volume of parcels being sent.

As part of this new policy, we no longer take responsibility for lost or stolen orders that have been left in a safe place or lost in transit. We now have an insurance option at checkout. Failing to choose insurance will mean there is no replacement for your purchase if lost or stolen. If this does happen contact us immediately and we can help you, you may still qualify for Australia Post $100 insurance for parcels lost in their network

Additional Information

  • The above mentioned shipping timeframes are the transit timeframes and are in effect once your order physically leaves us. It can take 1-3 days to process, pick and pack your order among others, please be patient as we work extremely hard to get all orders out in a timely manner.
  • Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number and your tax invoice. If you do not receive this email, please let us know and we can have it resent. The email address used to place your order will be used to communicate any tracking updates.
  • If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to fix up the issue before your order is shipped. Our couriers collect parcels throughout the day, so we cannot guarantee that any amendments will be actioned prior to shipping.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they are sent.
  • If your shipping address is a company, please ensure that you include the company name within the address field. Australia Post may not be able to deliver to commercial addresses if the company name is not listed.
  • If your order is returned to sender due to an incomplete address or failure to collect from the post office within 10 business days, you will be charged the Australia Post return to sender fee of $15, as well as the flat rate cost to reship your order to your location. Free shipping is voided upon return to sender.
  • If you have any issues with the delivery of your parcel, please contact hellopinkdiva@gmail.com with your name and order number and we can follow up with our couriers.
