Who are Pink Diva products made for?

Pink Diva is a professional nail system developed for nail technicians, students, salons and serious nail artists who want high-performance products, education and industry support. Our products are designed for professional salon environments and should be used by those who understand correct nail preparation, application, curing, safety and removal procedures.

Can anyone buy Pink Diva products?

Pink Diva products are available online, however many of our products are professional-use products and are best suited to trained nail technicians, students in training, salons and experienced users. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your level of experience, please contact us before purchasing.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Pink Diva currently operates online and from our warehouse base. If collection or in-person shopping is preferred, we are open Monday through to Thursday from 9am - 12pm; if concerned, this should be confirmed directly with us before placing an order. Do not arrive at the warehouse outside these times unless collection has been arranged and confirmed as unfortunately we will not be open.

Where is Pink Diva based?

Pink Diva was created on the NSW Coffs Coast and has grown from a home salon into a professional nail brand, training academy and warehouse-based business. The brand was founded by Lesley Matthews, who began in the nail industry in 2004 and developed Pink Diva from her own salon experience. Pink Diva was the first online nail supply store from Sydney to the GoldCoast with its conception in 2014.

Are your products made by Pink Diva or relabelled?

No — Pink Diva is not a relabelled product brand. We have spent years testing, mixing, developing and refining our own professional systems, colours and products. Many of our shades are hand mixed and our systems have been built with Australian professional nail technicians in mind. Our raw pharmaceutical grade ingredients are manufactured to stringent standards through raw ingredient manufacturers located in the United States, Europe, Taiwan and a small selection from China.

All Pink Diva Acrylic product colours are created/blended/mixed in our warehouse, majority of our Gel Polish Colours are created in-house and recreated in bulk by our manufacturer before sending back to us to be filled into our Gel Polish bottles. Every angle we can cover here in Australia is covered meaning each of our colours are unique to us.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Pink Diva currently has free shipping on Australian orders over $250 and free international shipping on orders over $350. Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders below the free-shipping threshold the choice will be a flat cost, regular $12 and express $16 - pink diva is absorbing the higher shipping costs of bigger sized orders at this point.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our Pink Diva warehouse in Coffs Harbour, on the NSW North Coast of Australia. 

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Most orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible during business days, we do give a lead-way of 3 business days to pack, fill and ship. However, during launches, sales, training releases or high-volume periods, dispatch may take longer than usual. Once your parcel has been packed and shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. Please keep in m ind that delivery times are dependent on carriers, such as Australia Post and their timeframes for parcel arrival.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot see the tracking email. After all these have been carried out, email us at hellopinkdiva@gmail.com for further assistance.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Tracking can at times, take time to update after a parcel has been scanned. Please allow the carrier time to process the parcel. If tracking has not updated after a reasonable period, contact Pink Diva with your order number so we can help you check the parcel status at hellopinkdiva@gmail.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected locations shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for checking local import rules, duties, taxes and professional-use product requirements before purchasing. It is your responsibility to check whether any dangerous goods, liquids or bulky items are excluded from import in your country or if there are any regulations needed to be followed.

Are there shipping restrictions for liquids, monomer, acetone or other professional products?

Some professional-use liquids at certain volume may have shipping restrictions due to carrier and safety requirements. If a product requires special handling or cannot be sent by express or international freight, this will be managed according to the available shipping options at checkout.

Orders, Changes and Cancellations

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been packed or processed, we may be able to help. Once an order has been packed, dispatched or fulfilled, we may not be able to change it - we will try to accommodate if we see correspondence in a reasonable timeframe BUT no guarantees are offered.

Can I cancel my order?

As a trade professional supply brand we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please contact us immediately with your order number if you need to add anything. If the order has already been processed, packed or dispatched this will not be possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact Pink Diva at hellopinkdiva@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to update it. If the parcel has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes through the carrier but will try to assist.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it after purchase?

Discount codes should be entered at checkout before payment is completed. We may not be able to apply a discount code after an order has been placed. Please check your cart and checkout carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns, Refunds and Damaged Items

Do you accept returns?

We accept return requests in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. To be eligible for a store credit or product exchange, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and fully approved before being sent back. Please contact us with your order number and product at hellopinkdiva@gmail.com before returning anything.

Can I return professional liquids, gel polish, monomer or opened products?

For hygiene, safety and professional product integrity, opened, used or contaminated products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of order delivery at hellopinkdiva@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the packaging
  • a clear description of the issue

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received. We will review the issue and help arrange the correct product to be sent out and return label for the wrong product.

Are sale or clearance items returnable?

Sale, clearance or final-run items are not eligible for return unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Please check the product details carefully before purchasing.

Product colours, photos and expectations

Will the colour look exactly the same as the website photo?

We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, taking all photos outside in real daylight. But colours can look different depending on screen brightness, device settings, lighting, camera exposure and how the product is applied. For best results, check product photos, videos, social media examples and application notes before purchasing.

Are Pink Diva gel polish colours hand mixed?

Yes. Majority of our Pink Diva colours are hand blended/mixed and developed with our own creative process. Our colour range has been built over years of testing, blending and refining shades for professional nail artists.

They are created in-house and recreated in bulk by our manufacturer before sending back to us to be filled into our Gel Polish bottles. Every angle we can cover here in Australia is covered, meaning each of our colours are unique to us.

Why might glitter, shimmer or pigment products look different in person?

Glitters, pigments, shimmers and reflective products can shift depending on lighting, camera flash, top coat, base colour and viewing angle. Product photos are a guide, but the final result can vary depending on how the product is applied and finished.

How often should SDS documents be updated?

Each SDS is valid for 5 years. Please check back regularly to make sure your salon or workplace has the most current version on file.

Are Pink Diva products MMA free?

Pink Diva professional EMA monomer is MMA free. Please check each individual product description and SDS for product-specific information.

Are Pink Diva products vegan friendly?

Pink Diva Nails Inc has not conducted ANY animal testing EVER on ANY product or its formulations. All toxicological data referenced in our SDS is sourced exclusively from publicly available scientific literature and regulatory databases (including ECHA REACH registration dossiers) relating to individual raw material ingredients. This data is included as required by GHS Revision 7 and the Australian WHS Regulations to ensure worker safety because we manufacture from raw states.

Do I need professional training to use these products?

Pink Diva products are developed for professional nail technicians, students and salon environments. Correct preparation, application, curing, filing, removal and safety procedures are essential. If you are new to nails, we recommend completing our in-house nail education through The Nail Academy. You will cover a plethora of theory, learn an abundance of skills and as a prior third party RTO Cert III provider, we have compiled modules that are more than 5 x the value of the dated certificate III in Nail Technology.

Application and Product Use

How do I know which system is right for me?

If you are unsure where to start, think about the service you want to offer:

  • Gel polish for colour services and short manicure/pedicures.
  • Acrylic system for strong enhancements and sculpting.
  • Soft gel extensions for full-cover extension services.
  • Crystals, charms and nail art for design work.
  • Training if you are beginning or changing systems.

What is Prime It used for?

Prime It is part of the Acrylic prep process. After cleansing the nail plate, it prepare the natural nail pH and promotes double sided adhesion before acrylic bead application. 

What is PRO EMA Acrylic Monomer best suited for?

Pink Diva PRO EMA Acrylic Monomer is a flexible, reinforced liquid for strong, crack-resistant nails with excellent adhesion. It is described as suitable for experienced technicians and students wanting a reliable, self-levelling system with the Australian climate in mind. 

Can colour acrylic powders be used for strength?

Colour acrylic powders are designed for adding colour, fades, blends and design work. For strength and structure, use the correct core clear acrylic as a base layer and clear cap layer as part of the system.

How should nail stickers be applied?

Apply stickers smoothly to the nail enhancement, gently file away any excess over the edge if needed, then cap with High Shine Top Coat for longer wear.

Training and Education

Does Pink Diva offer nail training?

Yes. Pink Diva’s Nail Academy offers individual foundation training, Master’s in Nail Technology and advanced training. The academy is focused on nail artistry and includes practical nail skills, business, social media, marketing and professional development. 

Do I need previous nail experience to train with Pink Diva?

No previous nail experience is required for foundational training and the full Master's in Nail Technology. Advanced and conversion training require's prior experience, to fully comprehend the level of skill and technique involved Please contact the education team at hellopinkdiva@gmail.com before enrolling if you are unsure which course is right for you.

What is included in the Master’s in Nail Technology?

The Master’s in Nail Technology covers multiple areas of nails, including manicure and pedicure, russian manicure, acrylic enhancements, soft BIOB and hard gel enhancements, soft gel extensions, press-ons, electric filing, nail art, business, social media and marketing. This is our flagship training and the equivalent of a 12 month beauty diploma in content. 

Is Pink Diva training online or in person?

At Pink Diva we offer majority of our training since covid via online learning and training pathways. Course format may vary depending on the training type, educator and location. we have physical training available at certain times throughout the year and offer one on one's with state educators and at the warehouse headquarters at times. Please check the course page or contact us for further questions or before enrolling.

Accounts, Rewards and Ambassadors

Do I need an account to order?

You can only place an order through the online store with an approved account. By creating and having this account can help you view previous orders, checkout faster and manage your customer details.

Do you have a rewards program?

Our rewards program is currently being reviewed as we improve the Pink Diva customer experience. If you have a question about an existing reward, please contact us with your account email.
