For deliveries within Australia we use an Australia Post courier for express and standard deliveries. Delivery times are listed in the Delivery Table and are an estimate only. By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that PINK DIVA NAIL SUPPLY is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area. This Delivery Table may be updated at our discretion at any time where necessary.
We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries and may vary from product to product. From time to time we may post a notice on our website informing of a shipping black out period.

DELIVERY DURING SALE PERIODS
During any PINK DIVA NAIL SUPPLY SALE period, orders are subject to delay due to the sheer volume of orders received within these periods. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Our warehouse team receive a large amount of orders during sale periods which will impact the time we can dispatch orders and get them to you. Please allow an additional 5 business days for dispatch of your order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times apply.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your order total. There is a free Shipping Calculator in the checkout to let you see the minimum spend in order to be eligible for free express shipping.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be subject to terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates). To be notified of any future free shipping or other promotions by email, simply sign up to PINK DIVA NAIL SUPPLY news.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address as a signature may be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver may leave a card and the delivery may be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a re-delivery fee will apply.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
TAXES & DUTIES
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. PINK DIVA NAIL SUPPLY reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

If against all our measures, you do receive a faulty item, please contact Pink Diva Nail Supply immediately and we will rectify the problem as soon as we can. Pictures will need to be provided for proof of fault. Once we receive the item and have agreed on the fault you will be offered a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
If chosen, you should expect to receive a replacement within three weeks of giving your package to Australia Post, however, in many cases you will receive a credit/refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from Australia Post (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
